For this maternity session, our client traveled from Coralville to our Cedar Falls studio wanting photographs that felt both intimate and elevated.
We began with soft, feminine maternity boudoir portraits—simple styling, beautiful light, and images focused entirely on her. Then we transformed the session with a glamorous, styled look that felt polished and timeless.
One of my favorite things about maternity photography is that you don't have to choose just one version of yourself. Your session can be intimate and understated, glamorous and editorial, or a little of both.
And you don't need to arrive knowing what to wear or what to do in front of the camera. From wardrobe and professional hair and makeup to posing and direction throughout the session, everything is intentionally planned so you can simply enjoy being photographed.
